Cancellation & Refund Policy

For the Subscription plans, no refunds will be made after payment of the Service Fees
unless the Service is unable to be provided to the User for reasons due to grounds
attributable to the Company.
Partial Refunds/Full are possible on the following cases:
1. User didn't received the service he paid for.
2. Atended session regularly but still seeing no improvements he/she can always raise the request and refund will be processed within 30 days.
Other than this No Refunds. Purchased minutes are non-refundable, and minutes used for a Session are non-creditable. If you have been mistakenly charged for session you did not purchase, you may request a refund. Refund requests will be evaluated by the third-party payment system or MentorPlus. If you feel you have been charged in error, please contact MentorPlus at [email protected]
A refund request must be received by MentorPlus within thirty (30) days of the charge in order to be considered.
MentorPlus will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 7 working days. Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.However post-pone the service is possible for all orders/products. OR Customers can CANCEL order only before the Session has been scheduled/processed. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return is possible for all orders/products based on the conditions above.
